Lakers Get Back To .500 With Two Wins
Feb. 26, 2008 Fort Myers, Fla. - The Mercyhurst College softball team evened its record at 3-3 by defeating Alma 6-4 and Concordia St. Paul 4-1 at the Gene Cusic Tournament in Fort Myers, Fla. Carrina Crow got her first win of the season in the victory over Alma and Amanda Norman picked up her second win by holding Concordia St. Paul to just one run in a 4-1 win. The Lakers have won three of their last four games after dropping two to start the season. Mercyhurst will play one more day in the Gene Cusic Tournament, playing Concordia Thursday at 9 a.m. and Alma at 11 a.m. |
