Erie, Pa. - The Mercyhurst College women's lacrosse team will compete in the Nazareth College Invitational preseason women's lacrosse scrimmage in Rochester, N.Y. Saturday, February 17 from 9 a.m. until noon.

"The team is looking forward to this preseason scrimmage for the opportunity to play talented Division I and Division III opponents," head coach Cecil Pilson said. "This tournament will help us prepare for our first game against No. 8 Queens University out of Charlotte."

The Nazareth College Invitational boasts four institutions. The other teams are No. 20 Nazareth, Canisius and Niagara.
