Gaudette finished her third year with the women's lacrosse program in 2004, and second as as head coach. Gaudette took over the top job in January 2003 but will now assist the program only. She will remain women's field hockey head coach.

Gaudette graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1991 with concentrations in political science and sociology. She is currently pursuing post-graduate course work in education.

Prior to Mercyhurst, Gaudette was the head field hockey coach for five years at Susquehanna High School in Harrisburg, Pa. She is a member of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
