Mercyhurst sophomore forward Meghan Agosta and junior forward Valerie Chouinard are among seventeen players from last year's Canadian team who will try for gold again at the 2008 Women's World Hockey Championships in Harbin, China. Canada won the gold last year.

Hockey Canada unveiled the roster today. The tournament starts April 4 and will conclude with the gold medal final on April 12.

The roster includes two goaltenders, six defensemen, 12 forwards and two alternates.
