High School: A Markham D. High school graduate, she competed in ice hockey, basketball, flag football, soccer and track and field...voted the ice hockey team MVP in her final year (2003-04) of high school, she was one of the team's top scorers each season while helping the hockey team win the league title on three occasions, and was the scoring leader in her senior year...in addition, she played with the Toronto Aeros Midget and Junior hockey teams throughout high school and won the Ontario Provincial Championship in her last season...was a regular call-up to the Senior Aeros NWHL team, including the 2004-05 season, when the team won the national championship...has served as captain and assistant captain on various teams throughout her athletic career.
