Big Rapids, Mich. - The Grand Valley State University men's and women's cross country teams both captured the overall team titles in the 2005 NCAA Division II Great Lakes Regional Cross Country Championships held Saturday (Nov. 5) at Ferris State University's Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Mich.

The event, which was hosted by Ferris State, drew nearly 300 competitors and included 20 men's programs in addition to 22 women's teams.
