2007: One of only four Lakers to compete in all eight events...Finished second at "Race at the Park" and 11th at the Le Moyne Invitational...Placed 21st at CALU Invitational...Posted a season-best time of 29:31.7 and placed 20th at the Allegheny Invitational.

2006: Competed in five of six races this season...Recorded his best time of 26:45 in the California (Penn.) Invitational which gave him his best finish (12th place) for the season.

2005: 17th at Gannon Tri-Meet 8K (31:10)...146th of 192 at Geneseo Invitational 8K (31:44).

High School: Participated in cross country and track and field...cross country team MVP as senior...also a member of the Ski Club and bowling team
