UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Mercyhurst fell in three games on the road to sixth-ranked Penn State. Game scores were 30-15, 30-10, and 30-17.

Joe Montroy and Dave Newman led the Lakers with five kills apiece. Newman also paced Mercyhurst (1-15) with four blocks.

The Nittany Lions' (11-2) Alex Gutor led all players with nine kills. Travis Foltz dished out 31 assists.

Mercyhurst returns home for a match against D'Youville on Tuesday, March 13 at the MAC.
