Boston, Mass. - The Mercyhurst rowing team competed at the Head of the Charles Sunday, placing 18th out of 59 entrants in the men's Collegiate Eights competition.

The Lakers finished with a time of 16:04.163 to finish in solid position. The Western Rowing Club won the event with a time of 15:08.301.

Mercyhurst will be back in action at the Head of the Elk in Elkhart, Ind. Sunday.
