Erie, Pa. - Mercyhurst goes on the road for the second time this year, traveling to Ohio to battle Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) opponent Ashland. Both teams enter the contest with 1-3 records overall and in the conference.

Mercyhurst is coming off of a 35-14 Homecoming victory over rival Gannon, while Ashland is looking to rebound from a 33-19 loss to Northwood by playing in front of a Homecoming crowd. Ashland holds a 5-3 lead in the all-time series, including a 45-7 victory a year ago.
