2007: GLIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention...Named GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week after posting eight tackles and a sack in a win over Ferris State... He also caught his first reception in that game, a one-yard touchdown pass after lining up in the backfield in the short-yardage situation...GLIAC All-Academic Team...Started all 11 games for the Lakers at middle linebacker...Led the Lakers with 94 tackles, including 1.5 for loss...Also had a sack, a pass break-up and a forced fumble...Had two interceptions, both against Indianapolis...Recorded 13 tackles against both Wayne State and Hillsdale...Had four games with at least 10 tackles and posted at least four tackles in every game.

2006: GLIAC All-Academic Team...Finished third on the team with 79 tackles, tying for 12th in the conference at 7.9 per game...Had eight or more tackles seven times...Season high 11 tackles came against Ashland....Had 6.5 tackles for loss and one sack...Forced three fumbles to lead in the GLIAC in that category per game and tying for 30th nationally.
