David Lough Featured On Scouts.com

July 9, 2007

Erie, Pa. - Former Mercyhurst centerfielder David Lough was featured in a question-and-answer session on the Kansas City Royals section of Scouts.com. Lough was selected by the Royals in the 11th round of the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft.

Lough opened his professional career by going 4-for-9 in two games with the Burlington Royals, hitting out of the No. 3 spot in the order. In his second game, he went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles before sustaining a hamstring injury that has kept him from returning to the lineup.
