2008: Had a sensational season in first year as a full-time starter...Named All-GLIAC Second Team...Led the team in wins (6), ERA (2.50), complete games (7), innings pitched (68.1) and strikeouts (78)...Named GLIAC Pitcher of the Week for the second time in his career on May 5...Awarded Division II "Ping! Spotlight Performance of the Week" on May 6 for the best weekly performance in the entire nation...Finished second in the GLIAC and 51st in Division II in ERA...Led the GLIAC in batters struck out ad ranked second in batters struck out looking...Sixth in the GLIAC in wins...Ranked third in the GLIAC and 28th nationally in strikeouts per nine innings (10.27) and 30th in total strikeouts...78 strikeouts was second-best single season total in school history...Tied for 10th-best single season total at Mercyhurst with six wins...Seven complete games tied for fifth...Threw two complete game shutouts, which is tied for third-best single season total at Mercyhurst...Limited opponents to a .233 batting average...Posted 4.1 strikeouts per walk and a 1.13 WHIP...Received only 1.2 runs of support per game in five losses...Struck out double-figure batters on three occasions...Totaled a career-high 12 strikeouts twice...Held left-handed hitters to a .176 batting average...Pitched complete-game and allowed two earned runs (four total) on five hits and one walk while striking out eight in season debut on Feb. 24 against Concordia St. Paul...Struck out 12 in seven innings and allowed just two runs but lost 2-0 against Findlay on March 22...Worked at least 6.0 innings in each of his final eight starts and in nine of his 11 on the season...Allowed more than two runs just twice...Struck out 10 and allowed one run on four hits in a complete-game effort against Tiffin on April 19...That performance started a four-game stretch in which he threw four-straight complete games and earned four wins in a row to finish the season...Tossed a complete-game shutout against Gannon on April 23, allowing just four hits and one walk while fanning eight...Held Ashland to one run on five hits through seven innings in a 9-1 win on April 30...Closed the season with a complete-game shutout against Northwood on May 4...Struck out 12 and walked none in the game...Posted a 0.64 ERA over final four starts and 28 innings pitched...Walked only two batters while striking out 35 in final four starts.

2007: Appeared in 14 games, starting four...Posted a 1.98 ERA and record of 4-3...Led the team with in ERA, opposing batting average (.214), complete games with two and shutouts with two...Second on the team with eight games finished...Third on the team with 37 strikeouts and 14 appearances...Tied for third on the team in wins...Fourth on the team with 41 innings pitched...Did not allow a run in his first three starts, covering 19 innings...In his first career start, shut out No. 4 Grand Valley State (April 22), scattering six hits and two walks and striking out five...Came within one out of a perfect game in a win over Findlay (May 5) that clinched a playoff bid for Mercyhurst. Allowed just one hit and struck out five...Career-high six strikeouts in five scoreless innings of two-hit work in win at Northwood (April 28)...Earned save in win over No. 17 Ashland at the GLIAC Championships (May 10)...Right-handed hitters went just 16-for-98 (.163)...Averaged 8.12 K/9.
