Kim Soder is a co-owner of Champion Cheer Central, Inc. (CCC). CCC trains cheerleaders across the United States. A staff of college cheerleaders runs summer camps to train cheerleaders in all aspects of cheerleading.

Kim is a choreographer who has trained Seven State Champions and Twelve nationally-ranked teams. She has been coaching cheerleading for the past nine years for various teams. Kim has also developed a Coaches Certification Program, National Judges Certification Program, and Cheer Coaches Certification Program. She also organizes CCC's National Cheerleading and Dance Championships in Ft. Myers, Fla., CCC's Hard Rockin' National Cheer and Dance Championships in Cleveland, OH, as well as the Cheerleading and Dance Coaches Education Weekend held in Cleveland, Ohio.

Certifications include NFISA Comprehensive Coaches Guide certification, Technical Judges certification, AACCA Safety certification, NCCC National Judges certification, and National Safety certification.
